At Exotic Medz, we’re committed to fast, secure, and discreet delivery of all THCA flower, concentrates, and bulk wholesale cannabis products. Whether you’re ordering retail jars or pounds of exotic THCA flower, our fulfillment process ensures your products arrive safely and on time.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1 PM CST typically ship the same day.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

All shipments are:

  • Fully compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill (below 0.3% ∆9-THC)

  • Labeled with federally legal hemp disclaimers

  • Packaged discreetly in smell-proof, vacuum-sealed bags

  • Shipped with lab COAs and compliant documentation for law enforcement if needed

We currently ship within the United States only. Some restrictions may apply based on state-specific hemp laws.


🕵️‍♂️ Discreet & Secure Packaging

  • Every order is shipped in unmarked, plain boxes or mailers for your privacy.

  • Products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and odor control.

  • Return address will show Exotic LLC or a generic business name.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • States or jurisdictions where THCA hemp flower is restricted (e.g., ID, SD, HI, AK—subject to change).

  • P.O. Boxes for orders over 1 lb or requiring UPS.

It is your responsibility to know your state laws. Exotic Medz is not liable for orders seized or delayed due to regional restrictions.


🔄 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 days of non-delivery. We will assist with tracking and may reship or refund upon carrier confirmation.

  • Damaged Packages: Please send photos of damaged packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Stolen Packages: We recommend adding signature confirmation for high-value orders. We are not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Please see our full Return Policy for information on eligible returns and refunds. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
