All wholesale transactions with Exotic Medz LLC are subject to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   • Exotic Medz LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any wholesale purchases.
   • Once an order is placed and payment is received, the sale is considered final.
2. Condition of Goods
   • Products are sold “as is” at the time of purchase.
   • It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt. Any concerns about product condition or discrepancies must be addressed prior to completing the transaction.
3. Risk of Loss
   • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or completion of pickup. Exotic Medz LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft occurring after transfer of goods.
4. Payment Terms
   • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
   • Wire transfers, ACH, or other forms of payment are final and non-reversible.
5. No Warranties
   • Exotic Medz LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of resale of any products.
6. Compliance
   • Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the possession, distribution, and resale of purchased goods.

By purchasing from Exotic Medz LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
